Frank DeJesus is a personal trainer in Bergen County that has been working in the PT industry and providing his expert support and solutions to clients for 33 years. From Mr New Jersey to Mr Eastern USA, and MR. East Coast Bodybuilding Champion, Frank is also a third-degree black belt with the World Oyama Organization.
As well as having an impressive set of achievements. Frank is also a Master Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, a Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist and a Certified member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
When he was younger, Frank realized he was severely underweight and began lifting to make the boxing and football team. This provided incredible benefits and Frank quickly noticed significant changes to his body. He also studied Nutrition with a college professor and was eventually trained by a strength and conditioning Navy Officer.
Over the years Frank has helped celebrities and various other people find their strength and get in shape. He can help you too!

I am a bodybuilder as well as a full-time nursing student at Seton Hall University who has a strong passion for health and fitness. I have been a NASM certified personal trainer for about 3 years now, and I strive to help my clients achieve what they deem to be impossible!
Personally, I reached an all time low many years ago where I was about 60 lbs overweight and suffering from health related issues at a young age. At the time it felt impossible for me to reach my own goals, but with time, patience, and dedication I achieved everything I wanted. I am a NASM certified Personal Trainer . I have 15 years experience in gymnastics, and I have certifications in Weight loss as well as Fitness nutrition. I am a Pre Med Major.
I have been doing Calisthenics since the age of 3 years old , and started training with weights at the early age of 10. I am a Men’s Physique competitor in the NPC , so I know the intense training to get down to low body fat percentages, as well as sustaining body percentages from 8%-10%. Let’s Go!!!!
